The 2012 German Brain Bee was held at Heidelberg University on Saturday, May 12th, sponsored by the HBIGS PhD Graduate Program and CellNetworks, a prestigious research community, both of Heidelberg University. s about the brain and human nervous systems, Sofia Amontova was named the German Brain Bee National Champion! As an 11th grader from Helmholtz-Gymnasium in Heidelberg, Sofia represented the Republic of Germany at the International Brain Bee neuroscience competition in Cape Town, South Africa in late July this year.
